We created the ‘Free Room’ concept back in the 1980’s with a free hotel room when you pay for dinner or breakfast. Then it was a pioneering concept, now it’s quite common. Since then we've continued to innovate.
In the same year we pioneered Holiday Vouchers for money off holidays. Again it was an industry first, and again you’ll now find it everywhere.
More recent examples include Airport Angel, a new product which gives its members access to everything from executive lounges and a Journey Guide text service, to discounts on airport parking and accommodation, all designed to take the stress out of travelling. Or the s+ars platform, which allows us to track customer behaviour, and offer customers things we know they want.
